Heal the Paralytic

Card Type: Enhancement | Timeline: New Testament
Overview:

Heal the Paralytic recalls the miracles in which Jesus Christ restored strength and mobility to those who were unable to walk. These healings revealed both His compassion and His authority to forgive sins. In one notable instance, friends lowered a paralyzed man through a roof to bring him before Jesus. Seeing their faith, Jesus first forgave the man’s sins and then commanded him to rise, take up his bed, and walk (Mark 2:1–12).

These miracles demonstrated that Christ came not only to heal physical ailments but also to bring spiritual restoration. The healing of the paralytic became a powerful sign of God’s mercy and the arrival of His Kingdom.
